Parish Hall Rental
St. Stephen the Martyr Church Hall and St. Joseph Fr. Kinkead Hall are both available for members of the community to rent. Rental Agreement forms can be picked up from the church office during business hours.
The key for the rental space can be picked up the week prior to the event. The deposit will be refunded when the key is returned.
If alcohol will be served at your event, bartender names must be submitted to the church office prior to key pick up.
Rental Procedures:
Price Breakdown:
- Rental Fee - $50
- Insurance Fee - $150
- Deposit - $100
- Cleaning Fee if Alcohol is served - $200
- Cleaning Fee if no alcohol is served - $100
- Optional: Use of Coke Machine - $75
Preparing for the event
- Complete Diocese paperwork
- Complete parish rental form
- Checks should be made payable to St. Joseph Catholic Church
- No Glitter
- No BYOB events
- All events serving alcohol must have a licensed bartender
After the event
- Bring all Trash to the dumpster located in the front parking lot
- If in use: wipe down the coke fountain
- turn HVAC units off
- Lock all exterior doors
- Return the key the next business day to receive your refunded deposit
